Drew and Ana, Coexist

Ana and I founded Coexist Build as a licensed architect-led company, determined to revolutionize conventional construction practices and bring healthier options to the market. We set out to develop ecosystems where the natural world can coexist with humans in a clean and healthy way. However, after 3 years of launching Coexist, we realized that we were too close. We needed some help. We wanted a professional, outside perspective to help us step back and look at our company with fresh eyes, so we could move forward with a strategic plan in place. Strategic Collisions International (SCI) got us there.

We first connected with SCI’s John Wilson through Ben Franklin Technology Partners (BFTP). We'd been working with BFTP for over two years and were searching for someone to help us write a professional business plan, take us through a SWOT analysis, and create financial projections for Coexist. BFTP recommended Strategic Collisions and connected us with John.

Immediately, we recognized that John's process is very organized, collaborative, and clear - something we desperately needed. He was quickly able to articulate our vision in the format of a business, and that was really important to us. John was also extremely helpful in precisely identifying our strengths and weaknesses, so we could grow and move forward.  

Our experience working with John at SCI was very positive. Ana and I had to accomplish a great deal in a short amount of time, and John put us on a schedule to get it all done systematically, thoroughly, and with excellence.

The outcome of our partnership with John and Strategic Collisions has been very successful. We were incredibly satisfied with the services and deliverables that they provided. The investor pitch deck and business plan has positioned us in strength as we raise money to scale our company and fulfill our orders for 2022. We feel that SCI's input has allowed us to advance Coexist with a clear roadmap for success. Going forward, we anticipate using Strategic Collisions for quarterly check-ins to keep us on track.
